Charlotte Taylor spent her childhood rejecting her sisters’ importunings to come play in favor of peaceful reading, and takes comfort in placing as many library holds as she can realistically read (she is hampered by her day job as a professional archaeologist, and by all the work required by her old house, but nevertheless persists).
