Charlotte Taylor is a professional archaeologist, mother of two boys, and president of her local library's Friends group. She has been an avid reader of children's fantasy and science fiction books for decades, and has been blogging about them at Charlotte's Library since February 2007. In her eighth-grade yearbook she's identified as the person "most likely to write a book in the style of JRR Tolkien," but this hasn't happened yet; all she's published is archaeological non-fiction, mostly for other grown-up archaeologists. Charlotte has extracted every ounce of enjoyment possible out of being a first-round Cybils panelist for the past five years, and she is thrilled to have been promoted this year!
