Kelly Jensen of the blog Stacked (tagline: "Librarians. Reviews. Mayhem.") describes herself as "a compulsive consumer of all things books and blogs." She's a youth services librarian in Wisconsin, and was a Round II Judge for YA Fiction last year. This year she's bringing her expertise to the Round I panel.
A few months ago, Kelly wrote an in-depth review of YA Fiction nominee Tell Me a Secret by Holly Cupala, a book she said far exceeded her initial expectations based on the blurb. In her review, she says:
Tell Me A Secret will appeal to fans of Courtney Summers, Gail Giles, Lauren Oliver, and other similar writers of heart-wrenching contemporary fiction. There is enough suspense to keep the reader interested without making this an issue novel.
